ANALISIS NILAI TAMBAH MINUMAN SARI BUAH STROBERI (Studi Kasus di Desa Pandanrejo, Kecamatan Bumiaji, Kota Batu)

Indonesia has a diversity of fruits that grow and develop well in its territory. Generally, the characteristic of agricultural products is that they are easily damaged, so processing is necessary to extend their shelf life. The strategy that can be done by business actors is to do post-harvest processing or agro-industry. This study aims to analyze the profit and value added of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) for drinking strawberry juice in Pandanrejo Village. The research design used is a descriptive quantitative method. The research location was determined by purposive sampling technique or intentionally, namely in Pandanrejo Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City. The types of data in this study are primary data and secondary data using observation, interview and recording techniques. The analytical method used is the business analysis method to determine the amount of profit and added value. The result of this research is that the profit obtained by UKM Sahabat Tani Kota Batu, KWT Jasmine, UKM Sumber Barokah and UKM Mira are IDR 453,273, IDR 229,679, IDR 440,353 and IDR 269,885, respectively. The amount of added value obtained by UKM Sahabat Tani Kota Batu KWT Jasmine, UKM Sumber Barokah and UKM Mira was IDR 96,546/kg, IDR 67,420/kg, IDR 99,157/kg and IDR 79,971/kg
