ANALISIS SEKTOR BASIS KOMODITAS UNGGULAN BUAH-BUAHAN DI KABUPATEN MALANG

The agricultural sector plays an important role in Indonesia's economic development process. One of the sub-sectors that has great potential and has an important role in economic development is the horticulture sub-sector. One of the commodities from the horticulture sub-sector that is now much needed by the community is fruit commodities. This makes fruit production very decisive whether the commodity is included in the basic or superior sector fruit commodity or is included in the non-base or non-seeded sector. The purpose of this research is to analyze the fruit commodity which is the base sector in Malang Regency and to analyze the fruit commodity which is the non-base sector in Malang Regency. The data analysis method used is descriptive quantitative. The results of this study indicate that fruit commodities that are the basis or superior sector in Malang Regency are apples, duku/langsat fruit, bananas and salak fruit. Fruit commodities that are non-base or non-seeded sectors in Malang Regency are avocados, grapes, star fruit, durian fruit, guava fruit, guava fruit, large citrus fruit, siam orange fruit, mango fruit, mangosteen fruit, passion fruit, jackfruit, pineapple, papaya, rambutan, sapodilla, soursop and breadfruit
