Analisis Usahatani Kentang di Desa Sumberbrantas Kecamatan Bumiaji Kota Batu

Potato is a type of horticultural plant with the Latin name (Solanum tuberosum L). Potato commodity in the agricultural sector is very potential to be developed. This study aims to analyze production costs, revenues, income and R/C Ratio of potato farming. The research was conducted in Sumberbrantas Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City. This research method uses quantitative descriptive.Sampling using purposive sampling method. The sample used in the study was determined by 71 potato farmers.The results showed that the total cost incurred by potato farmers in Sumberbrantas Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City was an average of Rp. 79.742.903/Ha/MT; receipt of Rp. 139.609.659/Ha/MT and an income of Rp. 59.866.755/Ha/MT. The average R/C ratio obtained is 2.59> 1, meaning that potato farming in Sumberbrantas Village, Bumiaji District, Batu City is profitable. The R/C Ratio of the potato farming indicates that every Rp. 1 issued by the farmer generates an income of Rp. 2,59
