Fraud cases of Umrah Pilgrim Candidates by PT. First Travel left a fairly lingering scar for some prospective Umrah Pilgrims who still have not regained their rights. Because the demands of pilgrims who want to be returned money and assets are rejected by the constitutional court's ruling. In his lawsuit, the JPU demanded that the seized assets and money be returned to the pilgrims, but in this case the judge continued to refuse if all assets were returned to the pilgrims when basically if we reviewed the assets were entirely the property of the pilgrims because the perpetrator spent through the money that had been deposited for the Umrah trip, but the Judge decided to confiscate and seize some of the evidence for the state. In this case the Judge's ruling did not provide legal justice at all because the seized evidence was spent using the victims' money, and here on the State was not harmed equally
