This study aims to empirically examine the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable. This analysis uses the independent variable of transformational leadership style. The dependent variable is employee performance. The mediating variable used is work motivation. The sample in this study were employees of the Wonolangun sugar factory. The sample is done by saturation sampling. The stritistic method uses multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing t test and Sobel test as a mediation test.
