PENGARUH DINAMIKA KELOMPOK TANI TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN TEKNOLOGI DI ERA 4.0 DI DESA SAMATAN KECAMATAN PROPPO KABUPATEN PAMEKASAN

The objectives of this study are: (1) to analyze the dynamics of farmer groups in Samatan Village, Proppo District, Pamekasan Regency, (2) analyze the influence of farmer group dynamics on technological developments in Era 4.0 in Samatan Village, Proppo District, Pamekasan Regency. This research uses quantitative descriptive analysis. Respondents involved in this study were 40 samples using purposive sampling technique. The analytical technique used is descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS analysis. The results showed that (1) group goals, group structure, group cohesiveness, group atmosphere, group coaching and development, and group effectiveness were in the very high category, although there were two elements of group dynamics that had high categories, namely group functions and tasks and group pressure. . (2) group goals, group structure, group cohesiveness, group coaching and development, and group pressure have no significant effect on technological developments in era 4.0, while group task functions, group atmosphere, and group effectiveness have a significant effect on technological developments in era 4.
