Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada pelanggan café Excelso Gressmall Gresik. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kuantitatif kausal. Teknik penentuan sample convenience sampling metode non probability. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Pelanggan café Excelso Gressmall Gresik yang sedang dine in (Makan ditempat), Sampel menggunkan keseluruhan pelanggan café Excelso berjumlah 126 Pelanggan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, pengujian pada penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS.
