PROSEDUR PEMBERIAN KREDIT CEPAT AMAN (KCA) PADA PT. PEGADAIAN (PERSERO) CABANG BLITAR

This research is entitled “Procedure for Fast Secure Credit (KCA) at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Blitar”. This study aims to determine the stages or processes in providing Fast Secured Credit (KCA) at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Blitar, and to find out what are the obstacles in granting credit and how to overcome obstacles in providing Fast Secured Credit (KCA) at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Blitar. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques carried out by triagulation, namely a combination of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study explain that the procedure for applying for a Fast Secured Credit (KCA) product at PT. Pawnshops with requirements that are quite easy, fast, and safe are only by bringing an identity card and collateral items that will be used as collateral. In providing Fast Secured Credit (KCA) there are several external obstacles originating from customers who generally do not understand the terms and procedures for credit, as well as a lack of customer awareness of their obligations and internal constraints from the Pegadaian, namely the lack of communication to customers regarding customer phone number information. whether they can still be contacted or not for the purposes of notification of credit. And from every obstacle faced by PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Blitar, there must be a solution carried out by the Pegadaian
