PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KURIR MELALUI BURNOUT SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PT JNE CABANG UTAMA MALANG

This study aims to determine the effect of workload on courier performance through burnout as an intervening variable for PT JNE Cabang Utama Malang. This type of research is survey research. The study population was 90 respondents. The type of research sample used is saturation sampling. This type of research data using quantitative data with data sources is primary data. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis methods use scale range calculations and path analysis. The results of the scale range show results that the workload is enough category, burnout is enough category, and courier performance is the high category. The results of the analysis showed that the workload has a positive and significant effect on courier performance, the workload has a positive and significant impact on burnout, the burnout has a positive and significant effect on courier performance, and the workload has a positive and significant impact on courier performance through burnout as an intervening variable
