PENGARUH SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT TERHADAP FIRM PERFORMANCE MELALUI INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DAN COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE PADA VHO KOTA MALANG

Virtual hotel operator is a platform where hotels can make accommodation lists and guests can book accommodation services via online. This study aims to analyze the influence of supply chain management on firm performance directly or through mediation of information technology and competitive advantage. the population in this study were managers of VHOs in Malang, this research was conducted on 93 managers of Virtual Hotel Operators (VHOs) in Malang. This study uses a probability sampling technique with the type of simple random sampling. The results show that supply chain management has an insignificant but not significant effect on firm performance. Research also shows that information technology and competitive advantage have a positive influence and can mediate the relationship between supply chain management and firm performance on a virtual hotel operator (VHO) in the city of Malang
