SINKRONISASI VISI-MISI DAN ARAH PEMBANGUNAN RPJMD TAHUN 2021-2025 DENGAN RPJPD KOTA PASURUAN TAHUN 2005-2025 SEBAGAI UPAYA PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN YANG BERKELANJUTAN

Regional development planning is one of the policies carried out by the Regional Government in an effort to make regional conditions more advanced. Synchronization of regional development planning must be carried out to synergize and harmonize development planning documents. The RPJPD document is a regional long-term development plan that is prepared for a period of 20 years. While the RPJMD is a regional medium-term development design document for a 5-year development period. Currently Pasuruan is included in the 2005-2025 RPJPD period, while the RPJMD document is in the 2021-2026 period. Synchronization of the 2005-2025 RPJPD document with the 2021-2026 RPJMD must becarried out both in the vision-mission and development direction as an effort to create sustainable development. In synchronizing the vision-mission and direction of development of the 2005-2025 RPJPD document with the 2021-2026 RPJMD, several stakeholders are involved. By using indicators from the concept of Synchronization of Development Planning, namely synchronization preconditions, synchronization strategies and synchronization implementation. This research uses descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. As for the data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The result of this research is the synchronization of the vision-mission and direction of development of the 2005-2025 RPJPD document with the 2021-2026 RPJMD as a sustainable development effort, showing that synchronization has occurred. However, the 2005-2025 RPJPD vision is still not in line with the 2021-2026 RPJMD vision
