ANALISIS KELAYAKAN EKOWISATA PRECET FOREST PARK DUSUN PRECET DESA SUMBERSUKO KECAMATAN WAGIR KABUPATEN MALANG

Precet forest park is a natural tourist spot located in Precet Hamlet, Sumbersuko Village, Wagir District, Malang Regency whose feasibility level is not yet known. This study aims to assess the feasibility level of ecotourism and analyze ecotourism development strategies. This research was conducted in June 2021 with the methods of interview, observation, questionnaire, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using ecotourism feasibility analysis using the assessment criteria of Operational Area Analysis of Tourist Attractions and Attractions (ADO-ODTWA) and SWOT analysis on the variables of Attraction, Accessibility, Amenity and Facilities and Infrastructure. The results of the tourism feasibility assessment on the attractiveness variable obtained a percentage of 61.1% categorized as not feasible, accessibility 58.3% categorized as not feasible, 58.3% amenities categorized as not feasible, and 31.3% infrastructure facilities categorized as not feasible. The results of the SWOT analysis show that Precet tourism is currently in quadrant III or diversification where this tourist area has a very large opportunity to be developed, but on the other hand this tour has several internal constraints. Development strategy with a strategy of utilizing strengths to minimize threats (Strengths and Treats), utilizing strengths to obtain opportunities (Strengths and Opportunities), exploiting weaknesses to obtain opportunities (Weaknes and Opportunities), and exploiting weaknesses to minimize threats (Weaknes and Treats). The conclusion is that the Precet Forest Park tourist area is said to be not feasible and Precet tourism is currently in quadrant III diversification or weak, but has a very large opportunity, despite facing several internal obstacles
