ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA TN.W DENGAN PERILAKU KEKERASAN (Studi Kasus Di Upt. Bina Laras Pasuruan)

Background: People with mental disorders are people who experience disturbances in behavior, thoughts and feelings which are manifested in the form of a set of symptoms and significant behavioral changes, and have a significant impact on the quality of life of sufferers, their families and social environment. Research Methods: The author of this final scientific paper uses a research design with a case study approach to explore nursing care problems for clients with violent behavior. Data collection methods were carried out by interview and direct observation, then a physical examination was carried out during the assessment at UPT Bina Laras Pasuruan, at the second meeting and then one intervention was given at each meeting followed by implementation and evaluation. Results: After the assessment, the researcher raised 2 nursing diagnoses, namely: violent behavior and chronic low self-esteem. Of the two problems that arise, violent behavior is a priority diagnosis Conclusion: the interventions given were SPTK for violent behavior and assertive training. Implementation is carried out in accordance with nursing intervention planning. The results after the nursing action was carried out that the client was able to exxplain what had been taught but it was difficult to apply when the stimulus cam
