MOBILISASI DINI PADA PASIEN POST SECTIO CAESAREA ATAS INDIKASI PREEKLAMPSIA

Introduction: Preeclampsia or hypertension that occurs in pregnancy is an important cause of maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality. Preeclampsia is one of the complications of pregnant women's health conditions and is a serious problem in pregnancy because it is one of the highest causes of death in pregnant women, so it is very important to know how to overcome this problem. Delivery in patients with indications of pregnancy complications can be carried out by the method of delivery by cesarean section. The sectio caesarea procedure is carried out surgically by making incisions in the abdominal wall and uterine wall, causing a large surgical scar, which makes the mother feel worried and afraid to move. Methods: This study uses a case study method in post-SC mothers with indications of preeclampsia at Kanjuruhan Hospital, Malang Regency. The scientific method used is in accordance with the nursing process which includes: assessment, data analysis, nursing intervention, nursing implementation, and nursing evaluation. The assessment process uses data collection techniques such as history taking, observation, documentation and physical examination to complete the data used by the author, as well as interviews with patients. Results: Early mobilization of patients after CS procedure is very important to implement. Early mobilization can help the mother immediately return to normal activities and prevent complications in the mother.
