STRATEGI PARTAI POLITIK DALAM PROSES REKRUITMEN DAN KADERISASI GENERASI MILENIAL (Studi Pada PSI Kabupaten Malang)

The purpose of this study was to determine the Strategy of Political Parties in the Recruitment and Cadreization Process of the Millennial Generation at PSI Malang Regency. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documents. The analysis technique in this study uses an interactive model from Miles Huberman with the stages of data collection, data reduction, data display, conclusing drawing/verifying. The results showed that the recruitment of the Indonesian Solidarity Party was carried out in a closed and open manner. The strategy of the Indonesian Solidarity Party for the recruitment of the millennial generation is Open, Creating events involving young people, Creating a cool culture, Through social media, and Creating issues. The supporting factors in the socialization efforts of the Indonesian Solidarity Party are; Public figure A humble character and Everyone blends in. Meanwhile, there are inhibiting factors and obstacles faced by the Indonesian Solidarity Party, namely; young people don't do politics and PSI servers sometimes get errors and can't be accessed
