PENGARUH KONFLIK KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DENGAN STRES KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI STUDI PADA PT. POS INDONESIA CABANG MALANG

This study analyzes the effect of work conflict on organizational commitment with work stress as a mediating variable. The population of this research is the employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Malang branch. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The sample used is a number of 80 respondents. The data analysis method in this study uses the PLS structural equation model (Partial Least Square). The results showed that work conflict had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Work conflict has a significant positive effect on work stress. Work stress has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. The role of mediation shows that work stress is able to mediate the effect of work conflict on organizational commitment
