This study analyzes the effect of work conflict on organizational commitment with work stress as a mediating variable. The population of this research is the employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Malang branch. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The sample used is a number of 80 respondents. The data analysis method in this study uses the PLS structural equation model (Partial Least Square). The results showed that work conflict had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Work conflict has a significant positive effect on work stress.
