PENGEMBANGAN TES ASESMEN KOMPETENSI MINIMUM UNTUK MENGUKUR KOMPETENSI LITERASI NUMERASI SISWA SMP PADA MATERI ARITMATIKA SOSIAL

This research is a development research that aims to develop a Minimum Competency Assessment test to measure the numeracy literacy competence of junior high school students in social arithmetic material. The research subjects were 106 students of SMP class VIII in the city of Malang. The source of the data is obtained from the results of the student's Minimum Competency Assessment test. This study raised the development of tests from the Djemari Mardapi model with the following steps: (1) compiling test specifications, (2) writing tests, (3) reviewing tests, (4) conducting test trials, (5) analyzing test items, ( 6) refine the test, (7) assemble the test, (8) carry out the test, (9) interpret the test result. This Minimum Competency Assessment test was developed to measure students' numeracy literacy competence. The developed test has valid, reliable criteria, has excellent, good, and sufficient distinguishing power, and has various levels of difficulty, namely 2 questions with an easy level of difficulty, 5 questions with a moderate level of difficulty and 3 questions with a difficult level of difficulty. Then the students answered the questions correctly, namely on multiple choice questions with a total average score of 7.96; complex multiple choice with an average total score of 6.18; and questions or short answers with a total average score of 4.47. So that the total average score for the types of questions is 18.61. In numeracy literacy skills, students in the very good category are 19.81%, the good category is 32.08%, the sufficient category is 28.30%, and the less category is 19.81% with the average numeracy literacy ability is 65.58 in enough category
