PERAN KEMITRAAN INTERNASIONAL DALAM IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN AGRICULTURAL MULTIMARKET MODELS FOR PLICY EVALUATION (AMPLE) DI FILIPINA

The study discusses the role of the international partnership established by the Philippine government in the implementation of the AMPLE policy in the Philippines. The Philippine government has concerns about the threat of food shortages predicted by the FAO. Therefore, President Beniqno Aquino III announced in Food Safety that there is an AMPLE mechanism to help overcome the threat of food shortages. This topic is interesting to discuss because the Philippine government involves international actors who are also involved in transnational activities in this cooperation mechanism. The research will discuss three actors who play a role in the implementation of AMPLE, namely the Haribon Foundation, Greenpeace and The International Indigenous People's Movement for Self Determination and Liberation (IPMSDL). This study uses three concepts, namely International Development Cooperation, International Partnership for Development Programs and the concept of the Transnational Development Networks to discuss the role of this partnership in the AMPLE implementation mechanism. Researchers used the literature study method in collecting data from information on journals and books to articles related to the research topic. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The findings of this study are the role of these actors, namely supporting the pillars that exist between the people and the Philippines' government, the results of this international partnership can be found from the programs and forms of cooperation that exist between the Philippine government. the effectiveness of the partnership that has been established by the Philippine governmen
