The rapid development of wind turbines in the electrical system affects the stability of multi-machine based systems. This is because the use of wind energy is considered more efficient and relatively cheaper than other renewable energy conversions. Doubly-fed Induction Generator (DFIG) is the main choice in the utilization of wind energy into electricity because DFIG utilizes line reactive power to generate dc voltage. However, in practice the wind turbine does not contribute to increasing the inertia of the system.
