PENGALAMAN PEMBERIAN NUTRISI PADA BAYI DENGAN ORANG TUA COVID

Nutrition for infants is the most important thing in the period of growth and development. Providing nutrients that are not optimal when the baby is in its golden age will affect the baby's growth and development in the future. Breastfeeding mothers can provide the nutrients needed by the baby and can also build a psychological bond between mother and child. During the pandemic, many mothers who are breastfeeding infected with Covid are worried about continuing to breastfeed. Mothers who are breastfeeding and infected with Covid need to know the problems and strategies from the experiences of previous breastfeeding mothers infected with Covid so that the fulfillment of nutrition for babies is still fulfilled. The purpose of this study was to describe the experience of providing nutrition to infants with COVID-19 parents. This research method uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The selection of participants used purposive sampling method, while data collection used semi-structured interviews and documentation, with triangulation of data as a validity test, and analyzed using domain analysis data. The results of the study found 5 themes, namely: 1). Continue to breastfeed when infected with Covid 2). Reasons to continue breastfeeding when infected with Covid 3). Techniques to protect babies from Covid infection 4). Effect of breastfeeding on baby's health while infected with Covid 5). Barriers to breastfeeding can be infected with Covid. The conclusion obtained in this study is that the experience of breastfeeding mothers when infected with Covid is worried about continuing to breastfeed, but if breastfeeding continues to apply health protocols, the baby will not be infected so that nutrition can still be fulfilled properly
