PENGALAMAN PENYINTAS COVID SAAT MENJALANI ISOLASI MANDIRI

Background : Coronavirus disease is a disease that occurs in the respiratory system with a high risk of causing death. Infected Covid-19 patients are required to self-isolate at home.. This study aims to describe the stress level of COVID-19 survivors while undergoing self-isolation. The research design used a qualitative research design with a case study research approach. In this study using 3 participants. The researcher determines the research subject by using purposive sampling technique. Collecting data in this study using semi-structured interviews and documentation. In this study using the domain method of data analysis. The results of the study were identified into several themes, namely 1) symptoms of covid, 2) feelings when undergoing independent isolation, 3) how to manage stress, 4) efforts to achieve healing, 5) support in healing, showing that covid survivors while undergoing independent isolation experience psychological changes. experienced by almost all participants with the same complaints, namely fear, worry, anxiety and boredom
