IMPLEMENTASI METODE JIGSAW PADA PELAJARAN SKI DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN KOGNITIF PESERTA DIDIK MIM 16 BRONDONG

This research departs from the background of problems in institutions that have poor cognitive values in SKI learning, this is due to the method used is too monotonous, so the researchers apply a new method, namely Jigsaw. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Jigsaw method in SKI learning at MI Muhammdiyah 16 Brondong, and to determine the increase in students' cognitive abilities in using the Jigsaw method in SKI learning at MI Muhammadiyah 16 Brondong. This study uses a qualitative approach, and the type of classroom action research (CAR) which consists of 2 cycles, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. Based on the results of the research that has been obtained, the researchers provide input to the readers, and in particular to the educators at the MIM 16 Brondong institution to pay more attention to the needs of students, especially those that are important factors such as the Jigsaw method that has been implemented, as well as providing the results of cognitive enhancement of students, in addition, researchers also hope that the Jigsaw method is applied at all grade levels, not only in class V (five), this is because the class is only five as the sample of the previous study
