ANALISIS PENGARUH TENAGA KERJA, UPAH, DAN KONSUMSI RUMAH TANGGA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DI KAPUPATEN KOTA KEPULAUAN RIAU TAHUN 2012-2020

Economic growth can be defined as development in the economic that cause goods and service produced in society to increase. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of human resources, wages, and household consumption on economic growth in the district of the city of Riau Island in 2012-2020. The data used in this study is the type of secondary data. Using panel data methods (cross-section) and (time series). In this study the data is processed using inferential analysis or quantitative analysis. Where the data obtained will be processed using the E-views 9 program. The results obtained indicate that manpower and wages have a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth in the district of the city of Riau Island. While household consumption has a positive and sinificant effect on economic growth in the district of the city Riau Islands
