PERAN PEMERINTAH KABUPATEN SERUYAN DALAM PENYELESAIAN KONFLIK PERTANAHAN DI PEMBUANG HULU KABUPATEN SERUYAN KALIMANTAN TENGAH

Many traditional lands have been displaced due to the expansion of 3,000 hectares of oil palm land owned by PT. Tapian Nadenggan. The community raised protests against private companies. One of the main problems that have not been resolved is the existence of land disputes and several claims between the community and the company. The research method used is qualitative-descriptive. In the process of collecting research data using the methods of observation, interviews, documentation and primary and secondary data. The results of this study conclude that the land dispute that occurred in Pembuang Hulu Village was carried out by the company PT. Tapian Nadenggan (a subsidiary of Sinar Mas) in the Tasik Mas Estate 6 (Division 6) plantation with the Pembuang Hulu community represented by Mr. Suhardi and 28 other people this land dispute lasted from 2001 to 2021.
