PENGARUH PELATIHAN KERJA DAN TEKNOLOGI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN (Studi pada PT. Bromo Steel Indonesia Kota Pasuruan)

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job training and technology on employee productivity. This type of research is causal associative research with quantitative techniques. The population are employees of PT. Bromo Steel Indonesia from the Production department totaling 57 employees. The sample used a saturated sample so that the number of samples obtained was 57 people. The type of research data used is quantitative data and the source of data in this study is primary data. Research data collection through questionnaires. The data analysis method is a scale range, multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the calculation of the range of work training scales show high, technology shows high and productivity shows high. The results of the study obtained that job training had a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Technology has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Job training and technology have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. While the job training variable is the variable that has the most dominant influenc
