STUDI PERENCANAAN TEBAL LAPIS TAMBAHAN (OVERLAY) PADA PERKERASAN LENTUR MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALISA KOMPONEN DAN METODE AASHTO 1993 DI RUAS JALAN SEMOI SEPAKU - PETUNG 1 (STA 50+525 - STA 53+400)

Semoi Sepaku – Petung 1 road, which is located in Penajam District, East Kalimantan Province, is a road with flexible pavement. Flexible road pavement maintenance can be done by adding overlay layers. Overlay layer planning using the AASHTO 1993 method can be carried out in several stages like; analysis of traffic growth factor (R), serviceability (Serviceability), determination of reliability value (R), Overall Standard Deviation (So), Resilient Modulus (MR), layer coefficient, drainage coefficient and structural figures. Additional layer planning using the Component Analysis 1987 method can be carried out in several steps like; traffic analysis (LHR), Equivalent Cross calculation (LER), determination of CBR (California Bearing Ratio) value based on subgrade data, regional factors (FR), Surface Index, and calculation of the need for additional layers (overlay). After the calculation, choose the most economical and efficient methods, based on the thickness of the overlay layer, then the total bill of quantity is Rp. 3,557,948,200
