PENGARUH SELF EFFICACY TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT PADA MAHASISWA BEM UMM SAAT PANDEMI

Organizational commitment is an important aspect that affects the survival of student organizations. One of the influencing factors is the individual's belief and ability to complete a task to the maximum which is commonly referred to as self- efficacy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy on organizational commitment. The approach in this study uses quantitative methods. The total subjects used in this study were 88 students from the Student Executive Board (BEM) at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM). Data collection methods in this study used the New General Self-Efficacy Scale (NGSE), Affective Commitment Scale (ACS), Continuance Commitment Scale (CCS), and Normative Commitment Scale (NCS). The data analysis method used is simple regression analysis using SPSS software for windows version 22 with additional add-ons namely PROCESS v3.0 for SPSS. The results obtained are (1) There is a very significant positive effect between self efficacy on organizational commitment, F=14,623 (p=0,000 or p<0.05); (2) There is a very significant positive effect between self-efficacy on affective commitment with a value of F=15,421 p=0,000 or p<0.05); (3) There is a very significant positive effect between self-efficacy on continuance commitment with a value of F=13,001 (p=0,001 or p<0.05); (4) And there is a significant positive effect between self efficacy on normative commitment, the value of F=9,150 (p=0,003 or p
