ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA KELUARGA Tn. D DENGAN ANGGOTA KELUARGA MENDERITA STROKE DAN HIPERTENSI DENGAN MASALAH MANAJEMEN KESEHATAN KELUARGA TIDAK EFEKTIF Di Kecamatan Pandanwangi Kota Malang

Background : Ineffective family health managemen is a health pr;obl;em in the family and the absence of family support for the restoration of health conditions in family member. Problems In the family are caused by several factors, one which is caused by disease factor such as: hypertension will cause cardiovascular complications because the heart has atherosclerosis, which is a condition that causes high blood pressure and will harm the coronary arteries and cause a heart attack. If the event occurs in the brain, it can cause a stroke. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is the author is able to understand the concept of family support with families who experience chronic diseases. Methods : The research method used in compiling this final scientific paper uses a case study report. The author follows the scientific method according to the nursing process which includes: Assessment, Data Analysis, Nursing Interventions, Implementation and Evaluation. In the study process the author uses various data collection techniques such as history, observation, physical examination and documentation. Result : After conducting the assessment, the authors raised 4 nursing diagnoses, namely: acute pain, impaired physical mobility, ineffective family health management and non-compliance. Of the 4 nursing diagnoses, nursing actions have been given by teaching patients slow deep breathing relaxation techniques, ROM (Range Of Motion) progressive muscle relaxation to reduce pain experienced as well as providing education and providing motivation to clients and families to routinely take treatment. Researchers get the results the problem resolved. Discussion : There are 4 nursing problems in the family of Mr. D especially Mrs. S with hypertension and stroke, namely acute pain, impaired physical mobility, ineffective family health management and non-compliance. Actions that have been taken by researchers are teaching patients relaxation techniques to reduce pain, ROM (Range Of Motion) exercises, providing education so that clients routinely control health services.
