In the field of fisheries, it requires a careful work process on fish ponds, especially when filling water in fish seed storage ponds, one of which is in the area of Buleleng, Bali Province. Workers have to wait for the water filling process which takes a long time due to the large size of the holding pond and it will certainly interfere with work effectiveness. The water pump used to fill the reservoir has a manual work system, so workers sometimes forget to turn off the pump which causes water to overflow. Therefore it is necessary to have an automatic water pump system and can be controlled via SMS and know the water level information so that it can monitor and assist workers. From the problem, the researcher aims to make a device in the form of a water pump automation where the water pump will automatically shut down when it reaches the limit and the water level status can be known via SMS and the pump can be controlled via a mobile phone. By utilizing Arduino as a microcontroller, ultrasonic sensor as a water level reader and SIM900A as an SMS Gateway, the device will produce a pump function that can automatically turn off at predetermined height limits and water level status information in reservoirs and can turn on or turn off the pump water via an SMS command if needed
