PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN CROWN VICTORIA HOTEL TULUNGAGUNG

The purpose of this study was to determine work motivation, work environment, employee performance partially and simultaneously affect employee performance at Crown Victoria Hotel Tulungagung, as well as determine the most influential variables on employee performance. The type of research that will be carried out is a survey technique with sample data collection taken from the employee population at the Crown Victoria Hotel Tulungagung. This type of survey research where information will be collected using questionnaires. Variables of work motivation and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance at the Crown Victoria Hotel Tulungagung. Variables Work environment and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at the Crown Victoria Hotel Tulungagung. Work motivation is a very dominant variable in influencing employee performance in this study
