PENGARUH PENERAPAN GREEN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT TERHADAP KINERJA PERUSAHAN PADA UMKM SEKAR DI KECAMATAN PURWOSARI KABUPATEN PASURUAN

This study aims to determine the effect of green supply chain management on company performance at Sekar Purwosari SMEs partially and simultaneously. The population in this study is a member of the Sekar Purwosari UMKM which is still active totaling 100. The sampling technique uses probability sampling technique with the census method where all the population is used as a sample. The results of this study indicate that green supply chain management has a positive and significant effect on company performance. As for the indicators of green supply chain management, namely green procurement, green manufacturing, green distribution and reverse logistics, each has a positive and significant effect on company performance at Sekar Purwosari SMEs. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that green supply chain management has an effect on company performance at Sekar Purwosari SMEs. As for the green supply chain management indicators, namely green procurement, green manufacturing, green distribution and reverse logistics, each has a positive and significant effect on the company's performance at MSME Sekar Purwosari, Pasuruan Regency
