PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KESELAMATAN KESEHATAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI KASUS UD.DINIKOE KERAMIK)

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and occupational health and safety on the work productivity of employees in UD Dinikoe Keramik. The population in this study is production employees with a sample of 44 respondents. The sampling technique used a saturated sample, namely by taking all members as the population or respondents. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and occupational health and safety have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity employees, with the work environment having a more dominant influence on the work productivity of employees. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the work environment and occupational health and safety have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of UD Dinikoe Keramik employees and it is important for companies to apply these two factors
