EVALUASI KINERJA TERMINAL PENUMPANG BANDAR UDARA DOMINE EDUARD OSOK SORONG

Domine Eduard Osok Sorong Airport is the largest and busiest airport in West Papua Province, which serves the community of air transportation users, with increasing mobility conditions, especially considering the location of Sorong City which is the gateway of Tanah Papua and its role as a National Strategic Area. To find out the effectiveness of the airport terminal in accommodating the flow of passenger movements, it is necessary to evaluate the condition and performance of the Domine Eduard Osok Sorong Airport terminal. The method used in calculating the number of peak hour passengers is based on IATA standards of passenger distribution patterns, evaluation of airport terminal areas needed are based on SNI 03-7046 and SKEP 77/VI/2005, measurement method of airport service standards is based on PM 178 of 2015, processing of passenger perception with Kano’s Model and forecasting passenger movements with simple linear regression methods. From the evaluation results, the level of service of Domine Eduard Osok Sorong Airport terminal in providing access to passenger movements in existing conditions falls into category D (Sufficient) with an occupancy rate of 113,54%, the performance of the available facilities and services is considered to be quite good and it is estimated that the airport passenger terminal in 2039 will experience over capacity which causes the terminal service level to be included in category E (Less)
