ANALISIS TATA LETAK PABRIK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN EFISIENSI PRODUKSI PERUSAHAAN PADA PABRIK KERUPUK SUPER JAYA MALANG

Pabrik Kerupuk Super Jaya Malang is a company engaged in the food sector, especially the production of raw crackers. Currently, the constraints on the production process of the Pabrik Kerupuk Super Jaya Malang are caused by several things, including inefficient material handling distances, backtracking, and cross movement. This research uses analysis tools From to Chart and Systematic Layout Planning. From the results of the study, it was found that there were departments that experienced back and forth flow and quite long distances, including the mixing department, printing department, sorting room department, packaging department and finished product warehouse department. The results of using the Systematic Layout Planning method are known that the material transfer distance is 47 meters. This shows that the new layout alternative has a material transfer distance between departments which is 24.5 meters shorter than the previous layout of the Pabrik Kerupuk Super Jaya Malang
