PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP TERJADINYA KELELAHAN KERJA PADA PERAWAT DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI RSUD DR. SOEHADI PRIJONEGORO SRAGEN

Background: COVID-19 has been declared by WHO as a pandemic. In this pandemic nurse are faced with a high workload. The high workload has an impact on nurses. Due to the high workload, nurses experience work fatigue Objective: To determine the effect of workload on fatigue in nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic at dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro General Hospital Sragen. Method: Cross sectional observational analytic. The sample are nurses who met the inclusion criteria were 66 people. Analyzed by multivariate ordinal logistic regression Result: The results of multivariate analysis obtained p value 0.030 which is smaller than (0.05) so that there is a significant effect between workload on work fatigue. Conclusion: Workload affects the occurrence of work fatigue in nurses during the COVID-19 pandemic at dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro General Hospital Sragen
