ANALISIS USAHA DAN NILAI TAMBAH AGROINDUSTRI TAHU DI DESA GEDOG WETAN KECAMATAN TUREN KABUPATEN MALANG

Gedogwetan Village is a tofu industry center which is in accordance with the data in the Disperindag Malang Regency. The purpose of this research is to analyze income, level of business efficiency and added value to tofu agroindustry in Gedog Wetan Village, Turen District, Malang Regency. Secondary data was obtained from Disperindag Malang Regency with a population of 76 businesses and taken by non-proportional stratified random sampling with a sample of 13 businesses. The results showed that the average income of tofu agroindustry in Gedogwetan Village was Rp. 5,120,885 with an average income of Rp. 884,655. The level of business efficiency is 1.18, which means that this business is feasible to run. The added value obtained is Rp. 15,612,848 with a value added ratio of 0.61% and a profit of Rp. 60,068,197 with a profit rate of 0.97%
