HUBUNGAN WORK LIFE BALANCE DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA PADA SALES PEREMPUAN

Sales are one of the workers at the forefront of marketing in an organization or company. Sales women have a lot from the company which causes all employees to have a work life balance to balance work and personal life. Employees who are not able to balance the balance will feel burdened in carrying out their work. This then creates a negative perception of the work which then results in the results of the work. This study aims to determine the relationship between work life balance and job satisfaction of female salespeople. This study uses a quantitative method with a correlational research design. The scale used in this study is Fisher's work life balance scale and the job satisfaction scale based on Luthans aspects. The respondents of this study involved 231 sales women with data collection techniques using accidental sampling. The data analysis of this research uses product moment correlation. So the results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between work life balance and job satisfaction in female salespeopl
