PENGARUH KOMPOSISI CAMPURAN POLLARD DAN BEKATUL PADA MEDIA TANAM SERTA INTERVAL PENYIRAMAN TERHADAP JAMUR TIRAM COKLAT (Pleurotus cystidiosus O.K. MILL)

Oyster Mushroom is one commodity that is very popular with the community. However, the current production of oyster mushrooms is still not able to meet the needs of the community. Improving the quality of the growing media by using the right additional nutrients and proper maintenance of the growing media can be done to increase the production of oyster mushrooms. This study used a Randomized Block Design and Split Plot Randomized Block Design with two factors. The first factor is the composition of the mixture of pollard and rice bran on the planting medium (M), which consists of 6 levels, namely: M0 : 15% (bran), M1 : 5 % (pollard) + 17% (bran), M2 : 8% (pollard) + 14%(bran), M3 : 11%(pollard) + 11%(bran), M4 : 14%(pollar) + 8%(bran) and M5 : 17% (pollard) + 5% (bran). The second factor is the Watering Interval (F), which consists of 3 levels of watering, namely F1: (1 watering/day), F2: (2 waterings/day), and F3: (3 waterings/day). The result of this research is that there is an interaction between the treatment of pollard and bran mixture composition as well as the watering interval on the observation parameters for observing the wet weight of each harvest and the parameters for observing stem length. The treatment composition of pollard and bran mixture had a significant effect on the parameters of mycelium growth (cm), mycelium growth (%), early emergence of premordia and number of hoods. The treatment of 17%(pollard) + 5%(bran) was the best treatment for the growth of brown oyster mushrooms. The watering interval had a significant effect on the number of fruit caps and dry weight of the Brown Oyster mushroom. The results of mycelium growth (cm) and mycelium growth (cm) showed that the treatment 17% (pollard) + 5% (bran) had the fastest mycelium growth. The results of the highest number of hoods were obtained in the 15% (bran) treatment with the highest average of 9.56. The highest total wet weight yield was obtained by 15% (bran) treatment with an average of 209.07 gr
