This study aims to review the implementation of the Children Stunting prevention program carried out by the Family Planning Population Control Office for Women Empowerment and Child Protection (DP2KBP3A) in Tanah Laut regency. This research uses qualitative research methods of narrative descriptive reseach types, in. Data collection techniques include documentation, and interactive model interviews by subjects and research informants. Triangulasi in this study is used as a data validity technique by using Triangulation Method, Checking with colleagues, Member Chek in a creadibility test of the trust of information. The results showed that the condition of stunting children in Tanah Laut Regency was backgrounded by the poorly qualified parents’ economy, in addition to the low level of parental education. Stunting children who have a lower weight and below-standart child height. It can be seen whitin the first 1000 days of birth (1000HPK). For the implementation of the program efforts that have been carried out by government to reduce the number of stunting rates in Tanah Laut Regency, DP2KBP3A cooperates whit agencies both goverment and private so that families can provide health insurance and the survival and growth of their children so that no more children are born in the stunting categor
