PENGARUH BUDAYA KERJA DAN KNOWLEDGE SHARING TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN UMKM KERIPIK TEMPE SANAN MALANG

The research was conducted in a tempeh chips industry association grup located in the Blimbing area, with the objectives of determine culture work, knowledge sharing on employee performance. The population used in this study has many as 30 respondents, with sampling using the saturated sample method. With the technique of collecting data using a questionnaire. This type of research uses primary data by giving questions to the respondents about culture work, knowledge sharing and employee performance. The results showed that 1) culture work, knowledge sharing and employee performance were in the sufficient category 2) the effect of culture work has no significant effect on performance 3) the knowledge sharing has a significant effect on performance 4) cukture work and knowledge sharing have a simultaneous effect on performance 5) knowledge sharing has the strongest effect on employee performance,
