PERAN PENGURUS MASJID DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN AKHLAK REMAJA DI MASJID AL-IKHLAS, DESA KEDAWUNG KULON, PASURUAN.

The purpose of this study was to describe the role of mosque administrators in developing mosque youth morals and the steps taken by mosque administrators in developing mosque youth morals. The research method used in this thesis is qualitative with the type of case study research. Data collection techniques consist of three parts, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique by going through the following steps: data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research can be concluded as follows: 1) The role of mosque administrators as mosque custodians, organizers of activities, educational centers, facilitators, mobilizers and youth cadres has been carried out properly and correctly, 2) The steps taken by mosque administrators in developing youth morals are appropriate. and carried out well and it can be stated that there is a development of noble character in adolescents after attending the routine maghrib recitation
