Management control system have an important role to control a company to operate toward goals that have been set before. In this matter, human resource hold an important part to make the implementation of management control system in the company become successful. Companies start to shift their alogaritmatic activities into more heuristic activities, they start to shif from conventional companies into more innovative and creative companies. Creative companies do not operate like a conventional company, this company need to be controlled by a management control system that can facilitate the creativity part. Creative companies need to be controlled by management control system with high intrinsic motivation. This study will explain how Voice of Jogja, as one of creative business that pay attention into values of intrinsic motivation and implement to the management control system into all activities in the business will move toward the settled goals
