Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016-2020

This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance on the financial performance of manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The implementation of GCG in a company is not only an obligation that must be carried out but also as a corporate culture to achieve long-term sustainability and business resilience of the company, improve company performance, and increase company value. The data in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The research method used is the linear multiple analysis method which was tested with Eviews 12. The results showed that size and ownership had no significant effect on ROA, while independent commissioners had a significant negative effect on ROA. Furthermore, size and independent commissioners have a positive and insignificant effect on Tobin's Q and ownership concentration has a significant positive effect on Tobin's Q
