E-Government has become one of the most important phenomena of public administration in the 21st century. Digitising public administration is part of the European agenda to help European citizens gain access to public services through information technologies. Integrating electronic solutions into the public administration process provides opportunities for much more efficient public administration that is open, inclusive, citizen-friendly, and able to provide personalised, borderless, end-to-end digital public services.
