Poverty and sustainable development governance

It examines the traditional descrepancies that exist between anti-poverty policies and rural development strategies, especially in emerging economies, such as Mexico. This chapter analyzes the Sembrando Vida social integration program in Mexico through a policy coherence for development (PCD) framework.
