MULTIMOORA method consists of three parts, namely the Ratio System, Reference Point, and Full Multiplication Form. This method can be used in solving Multi-criteria Group Decision Making (MCGDM) problems. In decision making, often decision-makers cannot formulate their evaluation on alternatif relationships and criteria. Decision-makers can use Hesitant Fuzzy Sets as a solution to the problem where HFS can accommodate the uncertainty between several different values.
