Background: necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) is the most common gastrointestinal disease in preterm neonates. Regarding high mortality, digestive and neurological morbidity, prevention of NEC has to be a top priorityObjectives: we aimed to investigate prenatal and neonatal risk factors (RF) and pronostic factors of NEC.Methods: monocentric retrospective case-control study in one neonatal intensive care which explored each case of NEC between 2015 et 2018.
