Introduction - In 2016, the Claeys-Leonetti law made anticipated instructions opposable and the HAS proposed a drafting model. Despite this, they sparsely redacted. Method - In a double qualitative study, patients and doctors were asked about their experience of reading this model to understand why. Results - The sheet studied is perceived as a good support for discussion. However, participants say that the overly complex syntax and the lack of definition are inconvenient. They think that the model cannot be used by a patient alone because the options offered, too technical, do not allow him to make an informed choice.
