Objective: to investigate if using menstrual cup is an intrauterine device (IUDs) expulsion risk factor.Material and Method: analytical, observational, retrospective, longitudinal study of primary care women who use or formerly used an IUD. Patients were included by anonymous questionnaire in Paris from March 2019 to September 2019 in two general practice clinics, a gynecology practice and family planning. The qualitative variables were compared among users of cutting or not with Chi-2 or Fisher tests. Quantitative variables were compared with Student or Mann-Whitney tests according to the distribution of the variable.
