Creativity is listed as a graduate outcome within many Australian university courses. However, according to the literature, the course content rarely enables students to learn creativity. But what happens when students learn in real-world settings beyond university walls? This research explored creativity learning in alternative places in justice, occupational therapy, and law courses. A constructivist paradigm was adopted, and qualitative research methods were used to gather data from ten university students. This study sheds light on why and how creativity is taught and learned in alternative places and contexts. Additionally, the study provides insights into what factors influence creativity learning
